Product Description

This products made of flexible fiberglass knit fabric tape saturated with water-activated polyurethane.
After being water-activated it can create a rigid structure with high ability of anti-bending and anti-elongation, and chemicals-resistance.

Features

1. Molding fast: It begin to mold in 3-5 minutes after open the package and could bear weight after 20 minutes.But plaster bandage need 24 hours for full concretion.
2. High hardness and light weight:More than 20 times harder,5 times lighter and use less than the traditional plaster bandage.
3. Good air permeability: Unique knitted net structure make the bandage many holes in the surface to keep good air ventilation and prevent skin damp, hot & pruritus.
4. Excellent X-ray radiolucence:Excellent X-ray radiolucence make it convenient to take X-ray photos and to check the bone healing without removing the bandage,or the plaster need to remove it.

How to use

1. Slip one or two layers of Stockinette over the affected part, and/or wrap with Cast Padding.
2. Gloves must be worn.
3. Open only one roll of the Cast at a time.
4. Immerse the roll in the water with a temperature of 20~24 degrees for 3~5 seconds and squeeze 2~3 times in the water for the complete water penetration into the body of the roll.
* Do not put it in the water for too long.
5. Wrap spirally, taking care to avoid excessive tightness.
6. The Cast begins to mold in 3-5 minutes after the pouch is open and can bear weight enough in 20 minutes.
7. The Cast can be removed with a traditional cast saw.Packaging & Shipping
